water droplets

Although it's suppose to be Spring,

and the sun suppose to be in the blue sky,

it rained today.

Rain that is so badly needed to water the earth.

So much rain falling, it made me want to curl up
inside with a book and hot chocolate.
People complained about it
but i felt like the rain brought a kind of clarity with it.

A sense of warmth,

the comfort in hearing the pitter patter hitting the windows and the roof,
Water drops caught in my hair
and as i brushed them off,
I felt like i saw the day with new eyes.
